In the worksGaming
Digital products for gamers and streamers. First one built: Launch Ready: Streamer Starter Kit — a $29 starter kit for new streamers, headed to Whop. It's built, but not listed for sale yet.
In the worksCoupons
Local coupon drops run by realtors in their own metros — businesses pay one flat fee per drop, and households clip the deals free.
In the worksPlainForms
Legal paperwork in plain English — still in the works, not live yet. The plan: free guided forms you fill in yourself, plus a desk that connects you with a local lawyer when it's more than a form. Not a law firm.
In the worksRealtor Referral Hub
My Facebook group — 5,000+ realtors trading referrals. Join free, invite other agents, and claim your metro on the territory map for first shot at referrals there.

Outbound — I go to them
Mock Web Services outreach — 100 emails a day to businesses that are hard to find online, offering flat-price digital products: websites, Google listing setup, review systems, local search cleanup, social posts.
Warm DMs for the apps — AgentOS and SalesOS grow through real conversations on Facebook: realtors who raise their hand in the group, and the speakers who come teach there. No ads, no cold pitches.
Inbound — they come to me
The Hub — my Facebook group, the Realtor Referral Hub. Realtors recruit realtors — every invite earns points toward claiming your metro for referrals.
Online Academy affiliates — people share the courses and earn a cut of every sale through their link.
Realtor referrals — realtors in my groups send me Kansas City buyers and sellers. That's commission income on deals I'd never see otherwise — and when I send a client out, the standard 25% referral fee runs the same way.
Facebook Marketplace — I buy undervalued items and resell them, but only when the resale price clears my gate with room to spare.
The group itself — 5,000+ realtors paying attention is an asset on its own: it's where speakers teach, where the territory race runs, and the base the future brokerage gets built on.
Want to earn?
Share a course, make about $12. Online Academy affiliates earn 40% on every $29 course sold through their link — Whop tracks it and pays you. Start at the Online Academy shelf.
Send me a website customer, make $15. Know a business that needs a site? Point them my way, and when they pay for their $49 website, I'll send you $15 — cash or Venmo. Email me first for your personal code: steven.mock15720@gmail.com
